"Support was fine, but slow and the reminders were annoying"
I ordered from mojo-usa.com and had a question about my tracking, so I sent them a message. I didn’t hear back right away, which was frustrating, especially when I was just trying to figure out where my order was.
They eventually replied after a couple days, and the person was nice enough. The answer did help, but it kind of felt like I had to keep checking in myself to get things moving. On top of that, the reminder emails felt a little aggressive, like they were pushing me before the issue was even fully handled.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably order from them again, but I really hope their support gets quicker and they tone down the reminders a bit.
"Pretty overpriced for what you get"
I just don’t think it’s worth the price. I bought it thinking it would feel a little more premium, but after using it, I kept wondering where the money actually went. Maybe I’m just being picky, but for what it is, it feels way too expensive. I was sitting at my kitchen table with my coffee, looking at it like, “Really? That’s it?”

"Seems solid so far"
I ordered a replacement mojo part last month, it feels sturdy so far. I wasn’t sure if I was expecting too much or maybe just being picky, but the material actually seems better than I thought it would, and it fit without much fuss.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t noticed any cracks or loose pieces. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, so I’d probably give it 4 stars, but unless I’m misjudging it, the part itself seems like it’s going to hold up well.

"Return was way more hassle than it needed to be"
I tried to return my order and it was a pain. The replies took forever and I kept getting sent to different people without anyone giving me a straight answer. It still doesn’t really feel like anything got fixed. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the return process a lot easier.

"I tried placing an order, but..."
I tried placing an order, but the site was kind of confusing to get through. I kept clicking around trying to figure out where I was supposed to go next, and then checkout started acting up too. Maybe it was just the timing or my browser or who knows, but it ended up being a pain when I just wanted to buy something and move on
